Fairbanks, the second largest city in Alaska with a population of 100,000, is a transportation hub for exploring the interior of Alaska and the Arctic Circle. Fairbanks is a global destination for viewing the Northern Lights. There are more than 243 days of clear night sky in a year when the Northern Lights can be seen. Since it is only 310 kilometers away from the Arctic Circle and is backed by the barrier of mountains, Fairbanks can avoid bad weather. Therefore, Northern Lights seekers will gather in this city where the Northern Lights are most easily observed. There are also many newlyweds who choose this place as their honeymoon destination because of the ancient legend that "seeing the Northern Lights will bring you happiness for a lifetime." The tour guide will use professional shooting equipment to record the beautiful moments under the Northern Lights for you, and will also provide you with technical support in terms of photography skills and parameter settings.

    travel plan

[Museum of the North] The Museum of the North is located on the campus of the University of Alaska Fairbanks. It is a modern building that perfectly blends curves and sharp angles. It is all white and blends in with the surrounding snow in winter, which is chic and artistic. The exhibits in the exhibition hall are not to be missed. There are specimens of animals living around the Arctic Circle, as well as the lifestyles and conditions of local indigenous people. The most attractive are the exhibits that can be touched by hand, which enriches your sensory experience and makes your travel experience more memorable. In addition, our guides' vivid explanations of the exhibits will also make your trip to the Museum of the North worthwhile. Check-in point recommendation: Remember to take a photo with the Internet celebrity "Jaylen Bear" in the museum, and capture the most beautiful sunset in Fairbanks.

【Santa Claus House】 Walking on the streets of the North Pole Village is like walking in a fairy tale world. The street lights are all in the shape of red and white candy canes. Even the town's ambulances and police cars use the two classic Christmas colors - red and green. The main street in the area is also called "Jingle Street", which is named after the jingle of bells when Santa Claus passes by on his sleigh. The 16-meter-high giant Santa Claus statue, 2-meter-high polar bears and elks, and many Christmas trees here are all great for taking photos. You can also send a postcard from the North Pole. In winter, the Santa Claus House in the North Pole Village is only open at fixed times. If the Santa Claus House is closed, you will visit the North Pole town (North Pole).

    Kind tips

    1. The Santa Claus House in the North Pole Village is only open at fixed times in winter. If the Santa Claus House is closed, you will visit the North Pole Town and there will be no refund.

      Dog sledding

Dog sledding has been an integral part of Alaskan life since before European explorers arrived. Despite the distances between towns, traveling with dog teams is still the best way to get around. Today, locals still rely on dog teams for hunting and travel, and enthusiasts love to explore the wild with man's best friend, which is even a famous sporting event. Here, you will have plenty of time to get up close and personal with the sled dogs. You will ride on a sled and explore the snowy mountains of Alaska with these dogs. 【Tent Ice Lake Fishing】

In Alaska, rivers and lakes freeze from the end of November to March of the following year. Generally, ice fishing is available when the thickness of the ice reaches 8 to 10 centimeters. Due to the low water temperature, the physiological activities of fish are greatly affected, and they are in a semi-sleeping state. They are slow to react to external influences, so they are less vigilant. In addition, the ice cover reduces the impact of external changes on fish. On the frozen lake, we have set up tents and prepared heaters for you to avoid the biting cold wind in Alaska in winter. On the lake surrounded by mountains and water, you can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery, breathe the cleanest air, and enjoy the quiet and peaceful natural environment. You can learn fishing skills from experienced ice fishing guides and experience different winter activities. If you are lucky enough to catch fish, we can help you grill your trophies on the spot and taste them on the spot.

The departure time is subject to the tour guide's notice. It will take 30 minutes by car (depending on the real-time traffic conditions) to reach the ice lake fishing lake. Start your 3-hour fun experience, learn how to hang bait, how to release the line, and experience and master the unique ice fishing skills of the Inuit.
